This charming gay self-catering holiday cottage has been carefully restored and outfitted to a very high standard.
1 bedroom with a double bed, suitable for 1 or 2 guys.

Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen, with a full size fridge with a separate freezer compartment; gas oven/hob; microwave (with grill); kettle; cafétiere; toaster; ample plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery.

This leads to a separate lounge/dining area with a 2 seater leather sofa; a dining table with 2 chairs; a 32″ widescreen TV equipped with UK Free-To-Air satellite channels (BBC1-4, ITV1-4, Channel4/E4/More4, Sky News, and numerous other music and entertainment channels); a DVD player; a CD player; and a wood burning stove. A selection of books, DVDs, CDs and games is also provided in the apartment. Double doors lead from the lounge onto a private patio area, with a table and chairs.

On the first floor, the ensuite master bedroom has a double bed with a high quality mattress; large wardrobe, with plenty of shelves and hangers; a mirror; and a ceiling fan. From the bed, there are uninterrupted views over our land and right across to the mountains on the other side of the valley.

Off the bedroom is an ensuite shower room with a double-width, thermostatically controlled power shower. For most of the year, the hot water for the cottage is provided by solar panels on the roof, so there is always plenty of hot water available. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

There is an Information Pack with details about Los Curriches; shops and restaurants; suggested walks, bike rides and drives; and brochures for places to visit, amusements parks, etc. If you are staying at Los Curriches in the winter, there is a wood burning stove in the lounge (we supply free firewood) and two 3kW heaters which are ample to keep the house warm. Outside, there is ample parking for cars.

The cottage is tiled throughout and has double glazing to keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A wi-fi internet connection is available throughout the cottage. For your safety, the cottage is fitted with a smoke alarm, a Carbon Monoxide alarm and a gas alarm. There is also a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.
